I can help with that! This 16 week challenge is designed to help you get fit and stay fit. To enable you to move with confidence, strength, and balance. To forge the mental toughness to lift heavy shit and to do hard things over and over.

Join our challenge for:

  • 3 live workouts a week at 6 am or do the recording later in the day
  • a private Facebook group
  • no workout is ever the same
  • workout structure reflects the needs of the team
  • direct contact with me
  • fitness and meal planning organizers
  • workouts start Monday Sept. 6 and finish on Friday December 24
